About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead zerohash's growth across our Trade and Payments verticals in Europe. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our enterprise client base across both digital asset trading and stablecoin payment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in fintech, payments, and crypto with proven enterprise sales leadership, a track record of closing complex deals, and the ability to navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals across the Trade and Payments verticals, ensuring alignment with company goals and ambitious growth targets.

Work with the global sales organization to develop and execute a uniformed and integrated sales strategy for acquiring and retaining large-scale enterprise clients-including financial institutions, brokerages, fintech platforms, and payment processors-across both the Trade (crypto and digital asset trading) and Transact (stablecoin payments and settlement) platforms.

Identify new business opportunities and target C-suite executives and key decision-makers at enterprise prospects. Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from lead generation through contract closure, with particular focus on building long-term strategic relationships.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and expansion revenue. Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts and translate client needs into tailored product solutions.

Position the company as a thought leader in the digital asset and fintech space. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning. Represent zerohash at industry conferences, forums, and key events to build visibility and credibility in European and international markets.

Work closely with the global Revenue Organization, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure client needs are met, product capabilities align with market demand, and complex deal structures are executed seamlessly. Provide valuable client and market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.

Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts covering both trading and payment infrastructure use cases. Successfully close large and complex deals while ensuring alignment with company profitability standards and long-term client success.

Develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, including traditional financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, payment networks, and other relevant stakeholders to expand market reach and distribution channels.

Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales team performance, pipeline health, and progress toward annual targets. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on achievements, market opportunities, and challenges.

Mentor and develop the sales team, providing ongoing coaching, training, and support to drive individual and team success. Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and customer-centric sales culture.

Required Experience

Minimum 10+ years in a leadership or VP-level sales role with demonstrated success building and managing high-performing enterprise sales teams that have achieved significant revenue growth and exceeded targets.
