  • Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend
  • Case Mix: Robots, Endo, General, Spine, Breast, Bariatric, Ortho, and EP
  • Patient Demographic: Adults only
  • # of OR's: There are eight (8) Operating Rooms located on the first floor in the Main OR and three (3) on the second floor OR.
  • Active VA License: Yes, required at time of submission
  • Credentialing Time Frame: 60 days
  • COVID Vaccine: Yes
  • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
