  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring marketing professionals. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing department.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs and implement it to marketing initiatives.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, digital marketing channels, and other marketing initiatives to attract prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
  • Define and articulate the company's brand identity, messaging, and positioning in the marketplace. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications according to brand guideline.
