Job Summary
We're looking for a Retail Media Intern to support our retail media team in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across major retail platforms.
This role provides hands-on experience in retail media, eCommerce advertising, campaign management, analytics, and performance optimization. You'll work alongside experienced retail media professionals to help brands increase visibility, improve advertising performance, and drive profitable growth across platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.
The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how data, advertising, and commerce come together to influence shopper behavior and business results.
This position is based out of our Rogers, Arkansas office.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Support the creation, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and other retail platforms
  • Assist with daily bid management and campaign performance monitoring
  • Help identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, visibility, and performance
  • Monitor campaign pacing and assist with budget management activities

Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Track key performance metrics including ROAS, ACOS, clicks, impressions, conversions, and sales
  • Assist in preparing performance reports, dashboards, and client-facing updates
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations
  • Support reporting efforts that help measure advertising effectiveness and business impact

Creative Testing & Audience Insights
  • Assist with A/B testing of advertising copy, imagery, and campaign elements
  • Help evaluate creative performance and shopper engagement metrics
  • Research competitor activity, category trends, and retail media best practices
  • Support efforts to improve shopper experience and conversion performance

Retail Media Strategy Support
  • Support retail media strategies across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and other retailer advertising platforms
  • Assist with promotional planning and retailer-managed media opportunities
  • Help organize campaign materials, documentation, and operational workflows
  • Learn how advertising, search visibility, content, and shopper behavior work together to drive growth

What We're Looking For
Experience
  • Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
  • Interest in digital marketing, retail media, eCommerce, or performance advertising
  • Internship, coursework, or project experience related to advertising, marketing, analytics, or business is a plus
