Job description

Class A CDL Driver Entry-Level Opportunity

New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply and start building their driving career. This position begins with hands-on training alongside an experienced driver, running regional OTR routes in 53' dry van trailers. After completing training, drivers transition into a solo role.

Position Overview

  • Regional routes covering CA, NV, OR, WA, and ID
  • Hauling dry van freight
  • Mix of live loads, drop and hook, and occasional unload assistance
  • Training period requires being out on the road for 46 weeks with a trainer
  • After training, drivers typically get home every other week with a 34-hour reset
  • Dispatch may include both day and night driving
  • Average of approximately 2,300 miles per week

Pay & Benefits

  • $650/week during training
  • After training: $0.43$0.71 per mile depending on experience
  • Average weekly earnings $1,300
  • $15 per stop
  • $75 unload pay
  • Driver Performance Bonus Pay
