NurseCore

NurseCore is seeking an overnight skilled nurse with recent hands-on experience in G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care to provide one-on-one care for a 6-month-old male patient in the comfort of his home, as all 3 skills are essential for this case.

Pay:

  • $1000 Sign-On Bonus!
  • LPN: $27/hour
  • RN: $40/hour

Schedule:

  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM - Coverage is currently needed 7 nights a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator support, airway management, suctioning, G-tube feedings, and medication administration.
  • Monitor the patient's condition and respond promptly to respiratory changes.
  • Follow physician orders and the individualized plan of care while working independently.
  • Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore clinical team.
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
  • Active Nevada RN or LPN license.
  • At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
  • Negative TB test completed within the past year.
