Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Patuxent River, MD 20670 (Hybrid)
Duration: Long term Clearance: Active Secret or above Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced NMCI Program Manager to lead and grow our support of Navy programs at PAX River. This role requires a strong background in program management and business development, with a focus on expanding our presence within the Navy community. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Navy environments, strong customer relationships, and the ability to manage and grow contracts supporting VTC, Helpdesk, and Base Telephone Services.
A retired Navy professional with experience at or supporting PAX River is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary Program Manager for the NMCI contract supporting Navy customers at PAX River
• Manage day-to-day program execution, ensuring contract requirements, performance metrics, and SLAs are met
• Lead and oversee services including:
o Video Teleconferencing (VTC)
o Helpdesk operations
o Base telephone and telecommunications services
• Act as the primary point of contact with Navy stakeholders and government customers
• Drive business development and growth initiatives within PAX River and the broader Navy community
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, contract expansions, and follow-on work
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Navy leadership, program offices, and key decision-makers
• Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with NMCI standards, Navy policies, and contractual obligations
• Support proposal development, capture activities, and customer engagements as needed Required Qualifications
• Strong background in Program Management within DoD or Navy environments
• Demonstrated experience in Business Development, customer growth, or account expansion
• Experience managing IT or communications services contracts
• Familiarity with Navy organizational structures and processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
