We are in need of experienced operating paving foremen to manage jobs and a crew.  Come be part of an award winning team.
Job requirements:
  • Manage daily operations of job and crew.
  • Ensure quality work is performed at all times.
  • Managing trucks and ensure to cut off at appropriate time.
  • Managing material orders.
  • Measuring area of work being performed to ensure limited to NO overage on materials.
  • Communication with Project managers on any issues that may arise during the operation of the job.
  • Ensure quality and profitability of daily paving operation.
  • Communication with asphalt plant and truckers throughout the day.
  • Complete daily work order forms and submit at end of day.
