Position Summary -
America Sports Construction: A Division of PLM is seeking a hardworking and motivated Sports Crew Laborer to assist with the construction, resurfacing, and maintenance of tennis, pickleball, basketball, and multi-sport courts. This position supports acrylic coating crews with daily site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Assist with cleaning and preparing sport court surfaces
  • Mix and transport acrylic coating materials
  • Support the application of acrylic resurfacer, color coatings, and line striping
  • Operate small tools and equipment including blowers, pressure washers, squeegees, and rollers
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
  • Travel to local and out-of-state projects when needed

Qualifications/Requirements -

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • 3+ years' experience working with sport acrylic coatings
  • Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Willingness to learn various sports surfacing and coating systems
