Job description

About Green Garden
We're a Seattle-based landscaping company focused on residential maintenance and small-scale hardscape construction. Seattle is home — we work here, we're building something here, and we take pride in the properties we care for and the crews we develop. We're growing our construction team and looking for someone who can lead from the front.
The Role
You'll own construction projects from start to finish — paver patios, retaining walls, and related hardscape work on residential and small HOA properties throughout Seattle. That means managing your crew day-to-day, keeping projects on schedule, and being the person clients and the office can count on.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and related hardscape on residential and HOA sites
  • Manage crew assignments, daily workflow, and site safety
  • Keep projects on schedule and communicate proactively with the office about timelines, materials, and any issues that come up
  • Maintain equipment and ensure tools and materials are tracked and ready
  • Hold finished work to a high standard — quality that clients notice and that we can stand behind
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in hardscape construction, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or foreman role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record (required)
  • English/Spanish bilingual is a strong plus — it makes you more effective with our crews and clients
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and the office — direct and clear
  • Dependable: shows up ready, keeps commitments, takes the work seriously
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay, based on experience and skillset
  • Project bonus opportunities
  • A stable, growing company with real opportunities to grow with us
  • Open communication — your voice matters here
  • Commission potential as your skills and responsibilities grow
  • 401(k) with company match
We are excited to have you onboard!
