Since 1981, we have provided expertise in economics, finance, health care analytics, and strategy to top law firms, Fortune Global 500 companies, and government agencies worldwide. Our internal experts, together with our network of affiliated experts from academia, industry, and government, offer our clients exceptional breadth and depth of expertise.
The AI Learning Specialist plays a key role in accelerating AI adoption across the firm by creating practical, workflow-based content that helps consultants incorporate AI into their day-to-day work.
Working closely with AI Operations and Learning & Development, this individual serves as the bridge between technical AI expertise and consultant adoption. This role will continuously translate evolving AI tools, workflows, and best practices into engaging learning resources, demonstrations, videos, job aids, prompting guides, communications, and other scalable content that helps employees apply AI effectively.
The ideal candidate combines a consulting mindset with exceptional communication skills. They understand how consultants work, are naturally curious about emerging AI technologies, and enjoy translating complex concepts into practical resources that others can immediately use. As AI capabilities continue to evolve, this person will play an ongoing role in identifying new use cases, creating content, and helping the firm stay current.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with AI Operations and consultants to understand new AI tools, features, and workflows and translate them into practical content for consultants.
  • Observe how consultants use AI and identify opportunities to create new resources that improve adoption and effectiveness.
  • Create workflow-based AI content including demonstrations, videos, prompting guides, playbooks, templates, job aids, FAQs, and communications.
  • Transform real case examples into reusable learning content that reflects how AI is applied in consulting work.
  • Continuously update existing content as AI capabilities, firm tools, and best practices evolve.
  • Support AI training launches by developing communications, implementation resources, facilitator materials, and post-launch guidance.
  • Produce content for AI knowledge-sharing forums by packaging employee use cases into reusable resources.
  • Support the AI learning communication plan by drafting training invitations, reminders, recap messages, champion toolkits, and other adoption-support materials.
  • Support integration of AI content into existing L&D programs such as AG Foundations, Writing at AG, Case Team Management, Client Management, and QC and Audit.
  • Maintain and organize AI learning resources in the LMS, SharePoint, or other firm platforms; support version control, content lifecycle management, searchability, and ease of access.
  • Gather feedback on training effectiveness, user experience, and content clarity; iterate on materials based on learner feedback, adoption patterns, evolving AI tools, and workflow changes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, professional services, learning, communications, knowledge management, or a related field. Experience at a consulting organization or law firm is strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex or unstructured information and translate it into clear, concise, user-friendly content.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with strong attention to clarity, flow, usability, and audience readiness.
  • Experience creating polished content including presentations, videos, guides, documentation, communications, or digital resources.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms, SharePoint, internal knowledge hubs, or content management processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts, consultants, and technical teams to extract insights and turn them into teachable content.
  • Proven organizational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Familiarity and demonstrated interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Harvey, Claude, or other approved AI tools.
  • Proficiency with digital learning, video, or content creation tools such as Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, Loom, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to change management, adoption-focused initiatives, communication plans, or employee-led knowledge-sharing content is a plus.
  • An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future.
