Ready to suit up as a Driving Patrol Security Guard?

As a Security Officer – Driving Patrol , you will be the person helping to deter security threats through active vehicle patrols in environments such as residential communities, commercial properties, industrial sites, construction locations, and parking facilities.

Active Driver's License Required.

  • Site Location: South Philadelphia, PA
  • Set schedule 1: Full-time Days, Monday-Thursday 6AM-4PM (32 Hours Per Week)
  • Set schedule 2: Full-time Days, Monday-Wedsnesday, Friday 6AM-4PM (32 HPW)

Responsibilities of Driving Patrol Security Guard

  • Conduct routine vehicle patrols of assigned properties and surrounding areas
  • Monitor premises for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized individuals
  • Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and requests for assistance
  • Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
  • Perform perimeter checks and secure access points as needed
  • Provide visible deterrence through consistent and professional patrol presence
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, site personnel, and emergency responders
  • Assist with emergency situations and follow established security procedures
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Driving Patrol Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Be comfortable operating a patrol vehicle for extended periods of time
  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or Driving Patrol experience – even better!
  • You have a state license if required
