Job Overview
Outdoor Oasis is growing and looking for a motivated, dependable lead installer to join our team installing high-end outdoor living products throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Projects include 3-season sunrooms, Sunspace window systems, retractable screens, pergolas, acrylic patio covers, awnings , and other outdoor living structures.

Duties

• Install 3-season and 4-season rooms and Sunspace window systems
• Install retractable screens, pergolas, patio covers, and related outdoor structures
• Assist with deck framing, finish carpentry, and exterior remodeling work
• Read plans, measurements, and installation drawings
• Ensure projects are completed safely and professionally
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
• Work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Deck building
• Exterior carpentry
• Window or siding installation
• Aluminum systems
• Remodeling or construction
• Pergolas, awnings, or screen systems
• Finish carpentry

Qualifications

• Construction and carpentry experience required
• Ability to use power tools and construction equipment safely
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
