Patient Watch Jobs in Bothell, WA (NOW HIRING)

Provide supervision, coaching, and support to patients and families. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and provide interventions to maintain safety of patients with mental and behavioral health challenges in a variety of settings. Must be able to work with patients that are experiencing a variety of behavioral and physical symptoms related to mental illness.

This position is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m./rotation weekends.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent experience

At least one (1) year of related experience in customer service and/or caring for and maintaining safety of children

Required Credentials

Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire

Safety Care certification (internal training) required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter

Preferred

Training in verbal de-escalation and/or non-violent crisis intervention

Experience working with children or adolescents - highly preferred

Experience working in inpatient behavioral health settings - highly preferred

American Sign Language Skills.

Training in Mental Health First Aid

Compensation Range

$23.15 - $34.73 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
