Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a CNA/LTC for our client in Clifton Springs, NY 14432. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Position Title: CNA/LTC
Location: Clifton Springs, NY 14432
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:00)
Pay rate: 34$/hr.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide daily patient care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene assistance.
  • Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility using appropriate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and transfer belts.
  • Monitor, measure, and accurately document patient intake/output, weights, and changes in condition, reporting concerns to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control procedures, isolation precautions, and proper PPE use.
  • Assist with specimen collection, linen changes, patient transportation, and equipment cleaning while ensuring resident comfort and dignity.
