Health First Medical Group-the largest physician-led healthcare organization on Florida's Space Coast-is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join our growing outpatient practice in Melbourne, Florida.

This is an opportunity to step into an established, high-demand practice with a strong referral network, experienced clinical support, and the infrastructure to help you build a successful practice from day one.

Position Highlights

  • Outpatient Rheumatology practice

  • Monday-Friday schedule

  • Employed position with Health First Medical Group

  • Established patient demand with rapid practice growth

  • Low call burden (approximately 1:3 practice call)

  • Dedicated medical assistant and administrative support

  • Prior authorization and care coordination assistance

  • Strong multispecialty referral network

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (MD/DO)

  • Florida medical license (or eligibility) required
