The Front Desk / Patient Check-In Specialist is the first face every patient sees and the first voice they hear. This is not a clerical position — this is a critical operations role that directly impacts patient experience, revenue cycle accuracy, and daily clinic flow. We need someone who can own this position with confidence.
You will manage the full check-in process from arrival to rooming, handle insurance verification and co-pay collection, Patient calls, schedule appointments with precision, and maintain a calm, organized front desk in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
