Job description

Job Summary: Provide essential support in primary health care and patient management through administrative duties tailored to the practice's needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit strong computer proficiency.
  • Maintain courteous telephone communication with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Operate all front office equipment efficiently.
  • Manage medical records in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy.
  • Collect patient payments and prepare deposits correctly.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a medical office environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Proficient in word processing and computer applications.

Work Shift: First shift, full-time (40 hours per week).
This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
