Description

We are searching for a receptionist to join our Caldwell Urgent Care Clinic!

Purpose

The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health (FCH). The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Schedule - 8:00am โ€“ 8:00pm on Thursdays and Fridays and 8:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays

Qualifications

Education

  • High School/GED

Experience

  • 2 or more years customer service experience required; previous medical office experience preferred, and previous call center experience preferred.

Licensure / Certification:

  • Certified Medical Interpreter, preferred.
