The role of the LMFT is situated in a remote outpatient office setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience in providing care. Our clinic promotes teamwork and collaboration among a diverse group of mental health professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and psychologists, all working together to enhance our clients' mental health journeys. As part of our efforts to maintain a therapeutic atmosphere, we prioritize creating a safe space for clients seeking support.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to understand each client's unique challenges and treatment requirements.
• Design individualized therapy programs targeting specific issues and personal goals of clients, adapting methods to ensure effectiveness.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and integrated care for each client.
• Educate and involve family members in the therapeutic process, offering support and resources to enhance understanding and communication.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential treatment records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

The clients served at Compassion Wave Pathway encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including marriage and family issues, relationship conflicts, and communication breakdowns. We aim to help our clients develop healthier relationships, resolve familial tensions, and foster a greater sense of emotional stability.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward client experiences and challenges.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle administrative duties and client schedules effectively.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to couples and families.
• Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices in family therapy.
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, determined by experience and qualifications.
