Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and develop individualized therapy plans, ensuring tailored strategies meet clients' unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy either in individual, group, couples, or family sessions.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of mental health professionals to deliver cohesive and well-rounded care to clients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. You will work with patients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
