Location

Salt Lake City, UT — hybrid schedule with a strong in-office culture; associates are expected to be in the office more often than not, especially early on, to support training, collaboration, and integration.

Note

This role requires an active Utah bar license, active USPTO registration, and at least 2 years of patent prosecution experience; candidates with 1–4 years of experience are strongly preferred.

Job Description

  • Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications

  • Prepare and respond to Office Actions before the USPTO
  • Partner with senior attorneys on patent strategy and portfolio development

Qualifications

  • Active Utah bar license required
