Our specialized pastry cooks work closely with our executive chefs and pastry chefs to create desserts and baked goods that enhance our menu and engage our customers.

  • Pastry Cooks assemble dessert components and mignardises, and plate desserts during service. 
  • Pastry Cooks bake products according to recipe standards. 
  • Pastry Cooks complete cleaning tasks at the end of the shift.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Pastry Cook with Eleven:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with at least six months working in a restaurant kitchen in a role involving accurately executing recipes under the direction of a chef or kitchen manager
  • Excellent attention to detail and passion for food and pastry work
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
  • Able to follow a written recipe
  • Basic knife skills for chopping, slicing, dicing, etc.
