Job description

Lend strength to Bethel Church of Redding to see the expansion of God's kingdom by partnering with the leadership to provide spiritual development for our global church community as the Events Creative and Ministry Pastor. This will involve: regular meetings with attendees for ministering, pastoral counsel and prayer, giving spiritual oversight to volunteer teams, training, equipping and pastoring team members to understand and express worship through creative arts. The Events Creative and Ministry Pastor will lead and minister abroad traveling approximately 6 times a year to equip the global church and give oversight to the distribution of ministry resources. .

The Events Creative and Ministry Pastor will implement the creative vision for events and a process for distributing Bethel Music products and resources as well as training, counseling and providing spiritual oversight to Bethel Music volunteers and contributing to the plan and flow of pastoring large group gatherings during events.


Hours: Full Time, 30 Hours Per Week

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church
  • Completion of two years of BSSM or equivalent school of ministry
  • Experience with pastoral facilities of large group settings in addition to one-on-one settings
  • Experience with leading volunteer teams
  • Experience with distribution of ministry resources
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position (see attached)
  • Ability to pass a background check


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in Creative Arts in a church context
  • Ministerial license
  • At least 2 years experience in design
  • Experience in live events and church service producing
  • Proficient with accounting, reporting, logistics, and forecasting
