Southside Church (Richland, WA) – Senior Pastor


The Big Picture

Southside Church (https://www.southsidechurchrichland.org) is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to lead us in our mission to make new disciples and welcome them into a congregation that his healthy and growing. Our vision is to “Bring HOPE to our world.” We are praying for a pastor who will help us to reach individuals surrounding our church and in the larger community of Richland.



Requirements

Summary description: The role of the Pastor is to:

· Lead the Church / Congregation with respect to:

o teaching biblical truth

o casting vision

o equipping the Church

o advancing the Church’s mission

· Lead the Staff by directing them in their management of all Church operations


Additional detail: The pastor is:

· Responsible for additional exposition of Christian teaching

· Accountable to the Board

· With approval of the Board, responsible for hiring, determining the compensation of, and removing from service, any and all Church Staff, paid or unpaid


Qualifications

We prefer an individual with an M. Div. or equivalent with prior pastoral experience.

· Cash salary and housing in the range of $65,000 - $72,ooo, DOEE
