ROLE SUMMARY
The Campus Discipleship Director/Pastor at ONE&ALL Church helps lead the recruitment, training, and mobilization of ministries related to Serve Teams, Community Groups, Local & Global Outreach, Discipleship Pathways, and Care Ministries. This individual will help develop and implement strategies to equip, empower, and engage the church community, enabling them to grow in their faith and actively serve others. The Campus Discipleship Pastor must possess strong administrative, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leadership & Strategy Development:
  • Provide leadership and oversight to all discipleship-related ministries at the Rancho ONE&ALL campus to ensure team cohesion and alignment with the vision of ONE&ALL and Central Discipleship Ministries.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Pastor and campus leadership teams to integrate Discipleship Ministries into the church culture.

Recruitment, Training, and Mobilization:
  • Champion the recruitment, training, and mobilization of volunteers and leaders across Discipleship Pathways, Serve Teams, Local & Global Outreach, Community Groups, Care, and Leadership Development ministries at the specified ONE&ALL campus.
  • Foster a culture of servant leadership and active participation among church members.
  • Implement and champion Central systems for onboarding and engaging Discipleship Ministry and serve team volunteers effectively.
  • Help coordinate and implement discipleship training programs that equip leaders and volunteers with the tools to grow spiritually and lead effectively.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and resources to leaders and volunteers.
  • Assist in organizing events and other training opportunities to support all Discipleship Ministry efforts.

Community Groups & Discipleship Pathways:
  • Oversee the coordination, development, and multiplication of community groups and community group leadership to foster spiritual growth and relational connection at the specified campus.
  • Champion and support the Discipleship Pathways that guide individuals from new believers to mature Christ-followers.

Local & Global Outreach:
  • Lead efforts to engage the church community in local and global outreach initiatives.
  • Support and foster partnerships with local and global organizations to expand the church's impact.
  • Coordinate, lead, and help execute local & global outreach events, mission trips, and service projects.

Care Ministries:
  • Provide leadership and oversight to care and support ministries, including but not limited to: Benevolence, Divorce Care, Grief Share, ReEngage, and Re Gen, ensuring the church is equipped to support individuals and families in need.
  • Help develop and promote support groups and bring awareness to counseling resources for various life challenges.
  • Equip leaders and volunteers to provide compassionate care and support within the church community.

Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with Central Discipleship Ministry teams and Campus Pastor to align discipleship efforts with broader church initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate Discipleship Ministry opportunities through various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and church services.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of Discipleship Ministry programs and initiatives at designated campuses.
  • Utilize feedback and data to make informed decisions and improvements.
  • Stay informed about best practices and trends in discipleship and church leadership.

ALL STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Continue to grow as a follower of Christ, so that what you do overflows from your relationship with Him.
  • Faithfully give to the Lord through ONE&ALL Church in a way that is consistent, sacrificial and follows the first fruit principle with a tithe being the benchmark to grow towards.
  • Live out the ONE&ALL Staff Values in relationships with other staff, congregation and community.
  • Attend a ONE&ALL Campus Service regularly.
  • Serve at Easter and Christmas.
  • Be on Campus Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
  • Meet the scriptural requirements for an elder (though may not serve as an elder) by living a spiritually surrendered life leaning on the Holy Spirit for guidance and direction by spending consistent time in prayer and study of God's Word.
  • Participate in Weekend Services according to pastoral staff expectations.
  • Participate in ONE&ALL's Monthly All Church Prayer Nights.
  • Perform sacerdotal duties on a regular basis as circumstances demand.
  • Be available to the congregation before and after the weekend services.

  • Experience in community engagement, outreach, and care ministries.
  • A degree in ministry, theology, leadership, or a related field is preferred.
