THE BIG PICTURE
Dover Bible Church (doverbiblechurch.org) is seeking a full-time Pastor to preach the Word of God and shepherd the people of God.

Overview
Dover Bible Church in Dover, Illinois is seeking a pastor. Located in a small, rural town in central Illinois, we have a membership of approximately 30 people.Dover Bible Church is an affiliate of the Christian & Missionary Alliance.We are an elder-led group and we seek a lead shepherd/pastor who can work with the current elder board of three men in fostering spiritual growth and church family development. Our desire is for a man called to preach the Gospel as well as develop relationships within the Dover community and Bureau County, IL on a larger scale.We would like our pastor to be active in preaching, setting a vision for future church plans, visitation and personal interaction, and perhaps providing content for short, online postings of the truth of Jesus Christ. As part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance any candidates will be interviewed and accredited by the C & MA denomination for service within the denomination.
Benefits
Compensation
Parsonage plus $63,600.00, broken down as follows: Salary - $50,400; Health Acct. 12,000.00; Pastors expense account 1,200.00.
