Get to Know Your Team:
  • Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

Responsibilities
  • The Clinical Educator RN Lead is responsible for ensuring that all nursing education meets applicable regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards of nursing practice in the State of New Jersey and within Pascack Valley Medical Center.
  • This individual serves as a role model, clinical consultant and resource for employee development activities. Provides a healthy work environment for learning.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in related field.
  • 5+ years of recent acute care experience.
  • Current NJ Professional Registered Nurse license or valid Compacted Registered Nurse license.
  • Specialty certification in clinical area.
    • Or must be attained within 9 months from hire date.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
