Part-Time Receptionist at The Woodlands

The following positions are available:

  • Part-Time Receptionist, Every other weekend evenings, 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Part-Time Receptionist, Every weekend 7am-3pm

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at The Woodlands. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on our community while providing clerical support in a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.
  • Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, and other machines.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as typing and correspondence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and listening communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
