Love connecting with people? Join our front-desk team and help families make a splash!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and confident individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and creating memorable experiences, we want you on our team!

This is an active, on-your-feet role — you’ll move around the facility, support families face-to-face, and help keep our lobby organized and running smoothly. This is not a sit-down receptionist or call-center position. Weekend availability is required.

You’ll greet families, handle lesson registrations, answer questions, and make each guest feel valued — all while working in a positive, team-oriented setting.

  • Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages.
  • Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs.
  • Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals.
What You’ll Bring
  • Passion — you genuinely enjoy helping others and creating positive experiences.
  • Adaptability — you stay calm and professional while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Integrity — you handle payments, information, and communication responsibly.
  • Approachability — you communicate with warmth and empathy in person and by phone.

  • At least 17 years old with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Proficient typing (40+ WPM) and comfort with basic POS systems.
  • Weekend availability required.
Pay, Schedule & Growth
  • Pay Range: $23.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience and performance).
  • Flexible schedules that work around school or other commitments.
  • Advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles.
  • Comprehensive paid training — we’ll teach you our systems and support your success.
Perks & Benefits
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Dental & vision insurance (available for part-time and full-time employees).
  • Paid training and performance reviews every six months.
  • Appreciation events, company parties, and free snacks throughout the year.
