Job Description

Greet and welcome patients with a positive, professional attitude
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Check-in and check-out patients efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
Collect and process patient payments
Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
Help coordinate and recall appointments
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times

Salary Range

Part-time $19 - $24 per hour
