Job description

At Always Best Care, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. With a strong focus on personal care, safety, and dignity, we are proud to be a trusted provider in the Greater West Houston area. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated weekend caregivers to join us in providing exceptional care to our clients.
We are currently hiring for part-time weekend shifts:
  • 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Service areas: Houston (77036 and nearby areas), Missouri City, Sugar Land, and Katy.
Responsibilities
  • Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance.
  • Monitor and track client health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care
Requirements
  • Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in senior care
  • CNA certification is ideal, but not required
  • Ability to pass a background check and reference check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients
