GEOINT Specialty Engineer
The Opportunity:
Do you have experience designing and developing geospatial, imagery, full-motion video or remote sensing solutions to address national security problem sets? As a GEOINT and remote sensing systems subject matter expert, here is an opportunity to apply your operational experience and technical systems expertise in the development of innovative solutions to complex problems for an intelligence community mission partner. As an integral team member, your systems expertise and quantitative analysis experience, will inform novel solutions to improve collection, data curation, and systems integration.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience as an EO and IR operations expert
  • Experience with EO and IR imagery quality metrics and sensor metadata describing impacts of geometry on phenomenology
  • Experience communicating with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences on availability and capabilities of GEOINT imagery products, methodologies, procedures, and algorithms to enhance analysis
  • Knowledge of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
  • Knowledge of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with imagery analysis, Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with imagery analysis, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience with imagery analysis

  • Experience with data science, AI, or machine learning
  • GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F)
  • GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C)

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
