Job description

Position Overview

The Nutrition Center at our organization is committed to delivering thorough nutrition evaluations for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. These assessments are vital for creating personalized care plans tailored to various health conditions. This position provides a chance to collaborate in multiple multidisciplinary clinic environments, catering to a wide array of patient demographics. Located at our Weymouth satellite facility, this temporary role requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, extending through the end of 2026. The work schedule consists of 2 days on-site and 1 day working remotely each week.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Delivering nutritional care to patients in designated inpatient and outpatient environments.
  • Analyzing medical, biochemical, and nutritional data to assess patient requirements and formulate effective nutrition care plans.
  • Assisting in overseeing the daily activities of the dietetic technician.
Essential Qualifications:Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Dietetics, including at least 2 years focused on pediatric nutrition.
Certifications/Licensure:
  • Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing body of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Licensed Dietitian in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
