Work hours: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm, and Saturdays (4 out of 5 per month) 8:30am - 12:30pm.
Summary: As a Teller, you will welcome and greet our members in a professional, courteous manner. On a daily basis, Tellers process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; balance cash, merchandise, and transactions; and answer member inquiries according to current FTWCCU policies.
Requirements: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and heavy cash handling experience required. Previous teller experience preferred but not necessary. Proficiency with basic office functions: IT skills (maneuvering around Windows and browser-based applications), email, and 10-key calculator.
