Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service.
• Accurately and efficiently process teller transactions, ensuring compliance with
bank policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to refer bank products through needs-based conversations.
• Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while adhering to bank procedures.
