About the Role:

The Part-Time Program Staff member will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-based programs in Bennington. This position focuses on delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of diverse populations, ensuring program goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in community programs, education, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, public administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and community outreach.
  • Knowledge of program evaluation methods and data collection techniques.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills relevant to the community served.
