Physical Therapist (PT) - Part-Time Hybrid (In-Person & Remote) Comprehensive Therapy Consultants (CTC), a therapist-founded organization with more than 40 years of excellence, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services to students in Flagler County Schools, Florida. This unique part-time hybrid opportunity combines the flexibility of remote work with meaningful in-person services, allowing you to make a lasting impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. Position Details: Part-time position. Hybrid schedule with both in-person and remote responsibilities. School-based setting serving PreK-12 students. Flexible scheduling options available. Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment. Competitive compensation based on experience. Responsibilities: Evaluate students with motor and mobility needs to determine eligibility for physical therapy services. Develop individualized treatment plans that support students' educational goals. Provide direct physical therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP. Deliver virtual services, consultations, documentation, and family/team meetings remotely as appropriate. Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, administrators, and families. Recommend adaptive equipment, positioning strategies, and environmental modifications. Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable utilizing teletherapy technology and electronic documentation systems. Benefits: Competitive compensation.
