This individual must have the ability to connect with customers, maintain a positive and welcoming environment, and promote the store's products will directly contribute to creating memorable shopping experiences with enthusiasm and energy.

Essential Job Functions
  • Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
  • Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
