Part-time stock associates are retail employees responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise on store shelves, usually working fewer hours per week than full-time associates. They help maintain inventory accuracy, assist with unloading deliveries, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and well-stocked for customers. Their role may also include backroom organization and supporting sales staff with restocking and inventory counts. Part-time positions often offer flexible scheduling, making them ideal for students or those seeking supplemental income.
