About The Role:

As a Logistics Intern, you will:

  • Assist with daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound freight management.

  • Support inventory management activities, including cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and stock level optimization.

  • Participate in the coordination of shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to customer requirements.

  • Learn and utilize logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS). Contribute to data analysis related to logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Communicate with internal teams (e.g., production, purchasing) and external partners (e.g., carriers, suppliers).

  • Assist in preparing logistics reports and presentations.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

  • Undertake other duties as assigned to support the logistics department.


What You Should Have:

  • Currently enrolled in courses pursuing your Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field OR recent graduate.

  • Strong interest in logistics and supply chain operations.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.

Seeking a year-round intern who is available to work full-time throughout the summer, then on a part-time basis during the school year pending class schedule.
