Responsibilitiesย 
Office Operations & Maintenanceย 

  • Manage office supplies, snacks, and marketing materials, ensuring inventory is stockedย 
  • Oversee daily shipping and receiving, including ordering, tracking, and billingย 
  • Act as the primary contact for building management, maintenance personnel, and IT support for meeting rooms and office equipmentย 

Administrative & Team Supportย 

  • Answer and direct phone calls, track incoming sales leads, and facilitate office meetingsย 
  • Schedule and coordinate office meetings and events, company events, and team outingsย 
  • Order and pick up weekly catered lunchesย 
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for office processesย 

HR & Financial Supportย 

  • Support the recruiting and onboarding team to ensure a seamless new-hire experienceย 
  • Process and track expense reports for personal and director-level expensesย 

Requirementsย 

  • Able to work 20-25 hours per week, startingย byย 9:00 AM ET Monday-Fridayย 
  • Actively pursuing or have obtained aย bachelor's degreeย with aย minimum 3.4 GPAย 
  • Proficient withย Microsoft Officeย and general computer applicationsย 
  • Strong written communication, mathematicalย skillsย and organizational skillsย 
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyย 
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently and within a team environmentย 
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn DMC's business, services, and processesย 
  • Reliable access to a car for occasional errandsย 
  • Ability to liftย up toย 50ย lbsย 

Compensation
Starting compensation is based on industry, relevant experience and location standards.ย
