How do parttime software developers typically balance project deadlines and workload with reduced hours?

Part-time software developers often coordinate closely with their teams to ensure tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are realistic given their limited availability. Many part-time developers use project management tools to track progress and prioritize tasks, which helps maintain productivity without overextending themselves. Flexible scheduling and regular check-ins can further support a healthy work-life balance while meeting project goals.
