Overtime or occasional Saturday work may be required depending on production needs.In this role, you will begin each shift by preparing your work area and reviewing the day's requirements. You will operate production machinery according to company procedures, transfer materials efficiently between workstations, and maintain accurate job audit logs. Throughout the shift, you will conduct quality inspections, assist with inventory counts, and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as adherence to all safety and security protocols, will be essential. You will be expected to follow established processes and respond to additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to learn and follow Standard Operating ProceduresStrong attention to detail and quality controlPunctual and reliable attendanceBasic arithmetic skills and general computer literacyClear and concise written communication skillsSituational awareness and ability to work in a secure environmentStrong sense of responsibility, pride, and ownership in work performedExperience operating production machinery is a plus.ABOUT OUR FAMILYTag Systems started as a card manufacturing facility and has grown significantly since 1999.
