About the Role

Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every customer while providing essential support to our team and daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department or team member
  • Greet customers warmly as they arrive and provide assistance or direction
  • Provide professional, courteous, and helpful customer service
  • Log fuel slips and key packets accurately
  • Assist management with clerical, administrative, and other day-to-day tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
  • Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and appropriate coverage
