Job description

Job Summary
 
We are seeking a ABA/ RBTs to join our team! We are a small agency located in Lincoln Park that primarily serves families with state funded insurance (e.g. Medicaid). We are seeking RBTs for in-home client for 15-18 hours per week.
 
ABA therapists will be responsible for implementing behavior analytic procedures designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Positions are part-time and based in a residential home with two kiddso with ASD. Staff will be responsible for implementing one-on-one ABA therapy or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays.
 
 
  • Use Central Reach Essentials for data and daily note collection
  • Provide individual support to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods prescribed by the BCBA to facilitate group and individual treatment
  • Assist with teaching Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills such as toilet training, dressing, eating, functional communication, and behavior reduction.
  • Work with a team of professionals and be open to suggestions from supervisors and fellow staff
  • Obtain and Maintain RBT certification within 90 days
 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an RBT ( 1 year or more preferred)
  • Associates/bachelor’s degree
  • Pass criminal background test
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable cell phones, laptop, and transportation
  • Lyft 30-50 lbs
