About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, client-centered therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a part-time RBT, you will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and children to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide positive reinforcement and support to clients to promote learning and development
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and interventions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, etc.)
Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification program
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
