Behavior Therapist Internship (Part-Time - 6 Month Minimum)Location: Naperville, IL clinic and surrounding areaJob Type: Part-time | Minimum 6-month commitmentPay:$19-21/hr for client sessions and office work once RBT certified$17/hr for training, modules, office work, and client sessions (pre-certification)$150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 monthsAbout the RoleInstructional ABA Consultants is seeking motivated interns to provide one-on-one support to children with Autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This part-time role offers hands-on experience and is ideal for students or recent graduates in psychology, education, or a related field.Schedule:Daytime and evening shifts (3:00-7:30 PM); one weekend day required, In-Person Only, in-home and in-clinic sessionsKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct ABA therapy in a clinical settingFollow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Accurately collect and report session data within 24 hoursAttend training sessions and maintain communication with your BCBAFollow all ethical standards and HIPAA regulationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with children (paid or volunteer)Strong communication, organization, and time management skillsMust pass a background checkValid driver's license and proof of auto insuranceCPR/First Aid certification preferredIdeal for students pursuing a degree in psychology, education, or behavior analysisReports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)#INT1
