Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Towson, Owings Mills, Catonsville, Essex, Dundalk, Pikesville, Woodlawn, Cockeysville, MD

Get Set ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children in Baltimore County, including Towson (21204), Owings Mills (21117), Catonsville (21228), Essex (21221), Pikesville (21208), Dundalk (21222), Woodlawn (21207), and Cockeysville (21030).

RBT Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals

  • Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors

  • Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions

RBT Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support)

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes/schools

  • Must pass background checks and meet all state/federal requirements
