Job description

Are you a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a fulfilling part-time role supporting families in the Rolling Meadows and nearby areas? Join our team and make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
???? Position Details
  • Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Setting: In-Home and In Clinic
  • Locations: 1921 Rohlwing Rd. Rolling Meadows, IL, 60008 and a 30 minute radius around this clinic location.
  • Compensation: $20-$24 an hour
???? Initial Schedule (15-25 Hours/Week)
This schedule is set to start, with potential for more hours and schedule growth as the caseload expands.
???? Responsibilities
As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans designed to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Directly implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as designed by the BCBA.
  • Collect accurate and reliable data on client progress.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the BCBA, client's family, and team members.
  • Attend required supervision and team meetings.
✅ Qualifications
  • Must hold the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be willing to complete the RBT 40 hour training prior to starting (We will help you!!)
  • Prior experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation
  • Punctuality, excellent time management, and professional demeanor are essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred).
