Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

Little Champs ABA is a locally owned business, started and overseen by BCBAs who understand and appreciate the direct therapy work that Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) do every day. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) receive strong support and always have access to their supervisors for any concerns or questions.

Hourly Wages:

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)

  • Help learners gain life skills that will increase their independence (e.g., communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).

  • Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

  • Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements for services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

  • Reliably attend scheduled sessions.

  • Participate in ongoing training.
